Elder Services

Peace of mind comes from having our basic needs met. Only then can you meet the needs of those depending on you. It's like the instruction from the flight attendant who tells us to secure our own oxygen mask before putting one on a child. This is a good analogy because for Native people we often feel like we are losing altitude especially when our baggage compartment is full. Don't be afraid to lighten the load.
